I’m Zachary Ferioli — an entrepreneur, AI engineer, and student at the Stockholm School of Economics. My work sits at the intersection of technology, business, and impact. I build tools that solve real problems — fast, lean, and with intention.Through my company, Zfer Digital LLC, I’ve launched several products including Liable, an accountability app, and MySchool, a lightweight LMS and SMS system for schools. I’ve also worked as an AI engineer, integrating voice assistants and building intelligent systems using retrieval-augmented generation and agentic frameworks.I believe in building with clarity and purpose — products that are sharp in function and bold in execution. My focus now is combining my passion for economics, statistics, and software to create tools that drive real value.After moving from Maine to Sweden, I’ve embraced a global mindset to grow as a founder and push my ideas further. Zfer Digital is the foundation of my work — a lean digital product studio I founded to explore, build, and launch ideas that bridge technology and real-world impact. Everything I create starts here, from solo ventures to collaborations.Under Zfer Digital, I’ve taken projects from zero to launch across industries like education, productivity, and AI. Whether it’s building software from scratch, designing business strategy, or shipping MVPs in weeks, I use Zfer Digital as a launchpad to test ideas quickly and learn faster. The mission: build efficient tools that solve real problems and scale intelligently.Currently, Zfer Digital is focused on AI-powered products, lightweight infrastructure tools, and software that scales the productivity of its users.


AI Voice Assistant and Website Builder @ Placester
At Placester, I worked as an AI engineer helping bring conversational AI to life inside the company’s flagship mobile app for real estate professionals. My role focused on integrating an intelligent voice assistant capable of handling complex user queries, streamlining workflows, and enhancing user experience.Using an agentic AI framework, I helped design and implement a system that could not only generate accurate responses, but also take meaningful actions — like pulling data, scheduling, or managing user preferences. I also led improvements to response time and efficiency, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing churn rates.Additionally, I worked on a team to build and launch an AI-powered website generator for our customers. This product greatly increased website creation efficiency and new user signup rates.
